How is the real estate market in Northwest Indiana? This month, we will dive into the statistics for Crown Point and Lake County.  Looking at June's numbers, we can determine if its a seller's market (still) and what the average days on the market a listing is having before it gets an accepted offer.  Plus, we can see what is the average number of showings before getting under contract, too!
The first few minutes are choppy due to the wi fi in my house, but it does clear up after about 2 minutes.
